Blue Ridge Heritage Arts Festival 2022 | Waynesville, NC

What better way to celebrate Father’s Day weekend than with an impromptu family vacation to the mountains? Thanks to the Blue Ridge Heritage Weekend Arts & Crafts Festival, we had the perfect excuse to escape to the mountains to take in beautiful views, sip wine, listen to Bluegrass music, and…sell art!

It was such a blast to spend the weekend my Dad in Waynesville, VA. We rented out the most beautiful AirBnB cabin together and my brother surprised us all by driving 5 hours from his home in Kentucky to spend the weekend with us. We were all shocked out of our minds when we woke up Saturday morning to find him sleeping on the couch! It was my brother’s first time in my art fair tent, and it was such a blast having the whole family together for this event.

We all took turns in the tent, selling countless prints and more, and when we took a break from the tent, it was to lay out on the grass with a view of the mountains, listening to the live music and nibbling on fresh kettle corn.

Thank you to the Blue Ridge Heritage Weekend Arts & Crafts Festival organizers for putting on such a fun event and thank you to beautiful Waynesville for the jaw-dropping views and incredible family memories.
