Often overlooked because of their size, the Blue Ridge mountains are mistakenly considered inferior to the dramatic peaks of the Rocky and Cascade ranges.

However, in my view, the romanticism of the Blue Ridge is far superior to their Western counterparts.

Their mood, strength, and resilience are cloaked in a veil of mysticism.

As the saying goes, dynamite comes in small packages.
